We have noticed some patients arriving very early for appointments. It is good that you are committed to being on time, but at this time of year, coughs and colds can spread quickly in crowded waiting rooms.

Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time and no earlier, if possible. Many thanks.
