Excellent practice

Phone answered very quickly with quick appointment with the doctor when i want it , with good explanation in the consultation. Clinical care is superb and i am very satisfied with this practice. I have been with the practice since 1999

Reliable Practice

When we moved to this area, most people told us we would struggle with finding a reliable GP Surgery.
We were lucky when we moved to this area, we registered with Acre Surgery .
Much appreciation goes to all staff.
They are efficient, they act fast and whenever I contact them by phone they always get back to me at the earliest possible time.
Whenever I have a phone consultation with the GP, if they feel they need to see me, they ask me to come to the surgery as soon as possible even during these difficult times of the pandemic.
When you need hospital attention they are very quick with referrals.
I truly feel blessed that I got registered at Acre Surgery Northwood.

Good, professional, fast.

Emergency appointment, called back by the doctor and received treatment in less than two hours. Very professional on times like this.
