Repeat Prescriptions

Written requests for repeat prescription may be posted to the surgery or delivered by hand. Or by using the Emis system if you have registered by clicking here. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice upon receipt at the surgery is required provided no checks are outstanding.

If you run out of medication and the practice is closed, your pharmacist can provide you with a week’s emergency supply.

Repeats are not issued beyond your review date (on the counterfoil). We will ask you to review your repeat medication at least once a year.

Prescription requests are not taken over the phone or verbally at reception desk.
